Catherine Law

Registered Physiotherapist, canfitpro Personal Training Specialist, ProActive Sports Massage Level 3, Pelvic Health Provider (Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1 & 2)


I am a nationally qualified bikini competitor who has empowered clients of all ages and fitness levels to improve their lives via fitness. 


I have experience in working with beginners, advanced lifters, women’s health, and eating disorders. 

Having seen the benefits of exercise in my own life, both mentally and physically, I found it helps manage my chronic pain due to an autoimmune condition (ankylosing spondylitis). My goal is to bring that same passion and expertise to others, so that they can empower themselves in their journeys to holistically improve their quality of life.


In my free time, I enjoy riding her motorcycle, lifting heavy things, and hunting big game with my dad.

Leah Jing Li

My name is Leah Li, I'm a fitness trainer with 2 years of experience. I specialize in helping women find enjoyment in fitness and maintaining a consistent workout routine.


As a woman in her 30s, I understand the unique challenges faced by women in balancing work, family, and personal interests. My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that fitness is a lifelong pursuit for both health and beauty, and I'm passionate about helping my clients find a balance that works for them.

One thing that sets me apart from other trainers is with my personal experience of overcoming a leg injury, I understand the impact of physical limitations and has made me better able to care for the health and safety of my clients to maintain a consistent fitness routine.

Dora Hui Hua Guan

Hi, my name is Dora Guan, and I have over 3 years of training experience in the fitness industry. I hold a certification from the Ontario Fitness Council, as well as a 2-year Health and Fitness Promotion diploma from St. Clair College.


My passion lies in women's health, and I specialize in helping women achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. I help my clients achieve various goals, such as weight loss, muscle building, posture adjustment, and pregnancy preparation.


What I love most about being a personal trainer is seeing my clients grow stronger and healthier, both physically and mentally. It's gratifying to witness their progress and see them adopt healthy lifestyle habits that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Rachel Chengying Yao

Hi, my name is Rachel. I’m a boring Actuary from 9-5 and a CanFitPro registered personal trainer beyond that.


I joined Fitness Element in 2021 and started bodybuilding in women’s figure competitions. I have been active throughout my whole life and placed top 3 in regional shows. I enjoy helping others to achieve fitness goals and specialize in strength training, HIIT and nutrition guidance.


With my energetic and positive approach, I have helped many clients achieve their desired results over the last few years. I believe that fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level.

Michelle McLean

Hey, my name is Michelle McLean and I'm a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, stretch therapist and strength coach.


I've been training clients since 2013 after graduating fitness and health promotion two-year diploma program. I recently went back to school to further my education in kinesiology in 2022. I believe applied knowledge is power. That's why I am constantly seeking to expand my own knowledge and expertise, so that I can provide the best possible guidance and support to my clients.


I specialize in barbell fundamentals, mobility and stability, strength training and body re-composition.

Nicholas Gan

My name is Nick and I have over 10 years of experience training, competing and coaching.


As an engineer by trade and fitness trainer and athlete by passion, this powerful combination has helped my clients reach their fitness goals through strategic, methodical and systematic training. I am a results-oriented, process-driven coach, certified by canfitpro.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me playing hockey, training Muay Thai, road biking, playing outside with my kids and most definitely in the gym.

I specialize in private training and contest bodybuilding prep both male and female.

Leo Jianlin Li

Hi, I'm Leo, a registered ACE personal trainer and ACE test teacher with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.


I struggled with weight issues growing up, but I successfully lost 100lbs and won several medals in Men's Physique competitions. As someone who has experienced the life-changing benefits of fitness firsthand, I am committed to helping others achieve their goals.

I offer tailored training and eating plans to help you lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness. I stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge and techniques, and I am dedicated to helping you achieve a higher quality of life through fitness.

Robert Monzon

Hi my name is Coach Rob and I help entrepreneurs and people with busy lives get stronger, lose weight, and live sustainable high performance lifestyles without extreme diets or crazy workouts. 


I graduated from York University with a HBSc in Kinesiology and have been in the fitness industry for 10 years, helping hundreds of people on their fitness journeys. My experience includes community, commercial, and luxury brand fitness, most notably Equinox. I take a holistic approach with my clients so they can get results and keep them; for life. 


I am always adding skills to my practice to best serve my clients. I believe that preventing injuries is just as important as achieving fitness goals, and that's why I take a proactive approach to fitness training. I work with my clients to identify potential risk factors and develop strategies to avoid injuries before they occur. By focusing on proper form, alignment, and technique, I help my clients reduce the risk of common injuries such as strains, sprains, and joint pain.

My name is Christina Wan and I am a practicing personal trainer.


I have been training in the gym for many years but have been appropriately and purposefully training for the past 5 years. I have experience in powerlifting, hypertrophy training, and power-building.
